Still Wyoming Summer And Snow Has Arrived

Our normal high for this time of year is 74 but Thursday’s high was only half that and it came shortly after midnight. Now we have snow on the ground and we still have 11 days of summer left. While I was looking at this, Sheridan, Wy. had 13". Welcome to Wyoming.

The system is drifting off to the southeast and the weekend weather is looking lots better. But it’s like Mother Nature is giving us a heads up with a view of what is to come. Meteorologists are predicting snowier that usual for this coming winter and the almanacs are leaning that way also.
