Arizona resident Randon Reid gave police an early-morning scare Sunday when he reportedly shot at a grounded airplane at the Deer Valley Airport, then quickly fled the scene.

Though Reid's getaway car reached breakneck speeds, officers were able take down his license plate number. Police eventually tracked down the 26-year-old suspect at his home, and retrieved the two guns he allegedly used during the wacky incident.

Reid currently faces charges of aggravated driving under the influence.
