The Platte River Trails Trust will hold its annual trail clean-up on Saturday, May 17th 2014 from 8:30am until noon. Individuals, companies and groups are encouraged to join the Platte River Trails Trust Board to help us get the riverfront trail and other community trails cleaned up for summer. This year, in addition to picking up trash along the trail, we’ll also focus on the continuing effort to clear tree limbs from the big snow storm last fall.

Volunteers are asked to meet on the patio at the Tate Pumphouse Trail Center the morning of the event for coffee, rolls and registration. Clean-up supplies will be distributed and volunteers will be assigned to a particular section of the trail and sent off for a couple of hours of fun work that benefits the whole community.
