Wyoming wind turbines have been a controversy for more than a decade.

Some think the windmills are an eyesore to the natural beauty of Wyoming, while others enjoy the benefits of using something our state has a lot of, wind, to produce electricity.

Wildlife advocates have voiced concerns about the windmills interrupting the migratory patterns of animals, and proclaiming that they are overwhelmingly noisy. Wyoming economic advocates, however, think exporting the electricity is a necessary boost for our state financially.
