When Casper resident Dustin Evanhoff saw a video online of a man doing random acts of kindness, it inspired him to bring that philosophy to Wyoming.

Dustin started the process by asking if anybody "needed anything" on Facebook. He got requests ranging from helping people move to people who just needed someone to talk to. Evanhoff then ballooned his idea into a Facebook group where those in need can ask for help, and those who are able can offer services.

You can see more about Evanhoff's idea in this piece from K2TV, starting at 3:40.
