Wyo Ban On Vulgar Tattoos and Clothes

Because some people have no class or common sense, the Rock Springs City Council has approved a ban on tattoos and clothing with vulgar language at The Rec Center, Civic Center and the golf pro shop at the Wataha Recreational Area.

Parents had been calling in their concerns and after a few adjustments to specifics, definitions and clarity, the inflammatory language and profanity in those public places are out, and so are you if you try to bring it with you.

They checked other municipalities and were careful not to interfere with freedom of speech and hope that children (and adults) won’t have to be subjected to this “profanity in print.” 

It's a matter of taste... and the law.
