Woman Gets $ 200 Ticket for Putting on Chapstick at a Red Light [VIDEO]

Stephanie Fragoso, got a $200 ticket for putting on lip balm at a Las Vegas red light Wednesday. She thought it was a joke, especially since it was April Fools Day, but that wasn't the case.

Fragoso asked the officer why he pulled her over, he told her it was for putting on makeup. “It was Chapstick,” Fragoso said. The officer told her, “It could have been anything; you could have been drinking water, shaving your legs.”
