Will Casper Have A White Christmas in 2015?

With the exception of the recent snowstorm, the 2015 holiday season has seen above average temperatures and little snow. What are the chances of a white Christmas in Casper?

According to The Weather Channel, Casper is right on the line of "possible" and "likely".

According to the NOAA, Casper stands a 61-70% chance of having a white Christmas based on the averages of the past three decades.

The Weather Channel also suggests there will be a high chance of wind on Christmas Day, which should be no surprise to anybody.
