UPDATE: FROM WYDOT... I-90 from Sheridan to Buffalo anticipated to re-open this evening I-90 northbound/west from Buffalo to Sheridan is expected to re-open within the hour, the wreckage in the northbound lanes has been cleared and crews are working to get it open as soon as possible. I-90 southbound/east from Sheridan to Buffalo is not expected to re-open until later this evening. There is still a tanker truck hauling fuel blocking the road and crews are working to off load/remove that fuel, as soon as they get the fuel removed they will be able to move the truck and get the road ready to re-open. Motorists are asked to continue to be patient and understand crews are working to get the road re-opened as soon as possible. Motorists are also reminded that when the road does re-open the conditions will still be slick with snowfall, strong winds, blowing snow and areas of limited visibility so please slow down and use caution. Because the road has been closed there will be an increased amount of traffic as soon as it re-opens. SO REMEMBER THIS IS NOT THE INDY 500 AND ITS BETTER TO ARRIVE LATE THAN NOT AS ALL.
