"What goes around comes back around!" It was last year ago when Ann Curry replaced Meredith Vieira as co-host on the Today Show. It's being rumored that NBC executives would like to bring Vieira back.

TMZ.com reports NBC offered Vieira a "big contract" about two weeks ago to take over for Curry, who is rumored to be close to losing her current gig on the Today show. The website says Vieira rejected the deal because she is not interested in returning to the program.

If the executives of NBC decide to reassign Curry, Savannah Guthrie is a possible replacement. Curry has been on the Today Show for 15 years. She will grace the cover of the August issue of Ladies Home Journal.

Could the replacement talk have something to do with ABC's Good Morning America closing the gap in the ratings? Sure, it could be an element and Curry knows it.

"It's hard not to take it personally. You worry, Am I not good enough? Am I not what people need? Am I asking the right questions? When people say negative things or speculate, you can't help but feel hurt."
