Wes Scantlin has been arrested AGAIN!.

Scantlin was booked at 4:47am Sunday morning according to the Renville County, Minnesota Sheriff's Department, for refusing a DWI test and fleeing from police officers.

The Sheriff's Department first spotted the singer speeding in a 30mph speed zone. Scantlin according to records refused to pull over and led officers on a chase with speeds up to 100mph.

When they caught up with Scantlin, he was allegedly slurring his words and smelled of alcohol. Scantlin scored a .310 on a breathalyzer test, which is four times the legal limit, according to TMZ. He was charged with a DWI and fleeing a police officer, according to the Renville County Jail's website, which still lists Scantlin as an inmate.

Think about this, .310 is a batting average!! Dude has had a busy year getting arrested:

He was arrested at Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee in April for disorderly conduct.

He was arrested for riding the oversize luggage carousel at the Denver International Airport.
