North Dakota women's clothing franchise Vanity has filed for bankruptcy. According to a statement from their CEO and President, Mickey Quinn, all Vanity stores will be closed, including our local Eastridge Mall location.

She also stated this will affect 1,200 to 1,400 employees nationally. All stores will remain open to sell off their remaining inventory, with most stores expected to close by late March. Their headquarters is located in Fargo, North Dakota. They also have a store there, which will most likely be the last to close it's doors.

Although completely unrelated to the other recent closings in the mall (see also: Footlocker and Shadow Ops Laser Tag), this will make the third shop to close already in 2017.
