Keep the rain gear handy as precipitation will continue to be a good bet across the state .  Everything from showers and thunderstorms in the south and in the lower elevations to mixed showers and wet spring snow in the mountains and higher elevations along the interstates are expected.  In fact, a Winter Weather Advisory and Winter Storm Warning are in effect for portions of the Big Horns in northern Wyoming through Saturday morning.  Temperatures will only be in the 40s and 50s today in most areas.  The southwest will see the warmest conditions with highs in the 60s.

On Saturday, additional showers, mixed showers, wet mountain snow and thunderstorms will be found statewide.  The wind will also pick up even more in portions of central and southern Wyoming.  Starting late Saturday a High Wind Watch has been posted for portions of southeast Wyoming where southwest winds could gust to 65 mph at times.
