Wyoming has long been known for its energy production, rodeo history as well as it's rugged outdoors.  But now Wyoming has a new reason to be boast full, we rank as one of the best entrepreneur places for women in the US.

Goodcall.com just concluded their annual study of best places in the USA for women entrepreneurs and surprising to some, two of the best places in the country are right here in the Cowboy state.  Casper and Cheyenne both ranked in the top 100 cities in the USA for women entrepreneurs.

In order to rank the best places for women entrepreneurs, their methodology included the overall economic health of the city, educational values, business climate and networking potential.

Casper ranks 11th best city in the country for women entrepreneurs, helped largely by a low unemployment rate in the city, great potential for networking and solid growth year over year.

Cheyenne ranks 58th on the list of best places for women entrepreneurs, with a well educated workforce, solid annual growth and a low unemployment rate.

Both Casper and Cheyenne can boast the 3 out of every 10 businesses are run by women.

The top 5 cities in the country for women entrepreneurs are:  1- Victoria, TX. 2- Bismarck, ND. 3- Monroe, LA, 4- Laredo, TX. & 5- Greeley, CO.
