The River Remembers November 7, 1987- Tiffany Thinks We’re Alone
The 80's were such a great time for music. Michael Jackson, Prince, Hair bands, Abba, and of course, the princess of 80's music(because, obviously, Madonna was the queen) Tiffany. Tiffany was but a scant 18 years old when she recorded a cover of the Tommy James and The Shondells' hit "I Think We're Alone Now." Very shortly thereafter, the song became a hit, which made Tiffany the youngest act since Michael Jackson in 1972 (for his hit, Ben) to score a US Number 1 hit. It makes sense, as this song may in fact be the catchiest song ever recorded. Plus, Tiffany was, and quite honestly still is, a babe.
