The NFL Taps Opera Star To Sing National Anthem For The Big Game

The NFL has garnered a four time Grammy winning opera star  to perform the National Anthem for Big Game 48 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.Renee Fleming is a New York based soprano who sang the anthem before the second game of the '03 World Series at Yankee Stadium.

Queen Latifah is going to perform "America the Beautiful," in her home state, New Jersey, before the start of Big Game 48. Bruno Mars will take the stage at halftime along with the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

The Denver Broncos will take on the Seattle Seahawks for the Lombardi Trophy and NFL supremacy, Sunday on Fox.
