The Casper Events Center Taking Donations For Fire Relief

As the Sheep Herder Fire continues to grow on Casper Mountain, the Casper Events Center will be taking donations to help displaced animals.Volunteer staff are located in parking lot #11 today, September 10th from 1pm-5pm to accept donations to benefit animals that have been displaced due to the fire.

Items being collected include dog and cat food, cat litter, cash donations to purchase hay and other items related to animals.

The Events Center is also assisting The Hector Foundation in their collecting efforts. The Hector Foundation will also collect animal related items in the parking lot of Galloway’s on CY (2800) between the hours of 4 and 6pm today.
