Kid Rock is gearing up for a monster summer tour that includes low ticket prices, free parking, and a special appearance from his good friends in ZZ Top on many of the dates.
The rock and roll machine known as ZZ Top are heading back to the US for another round of concerts in support of their new album 'La Futura.' The tour kicks off May 2 and runs through the 25th.
Guns N' Roses concluded their Australia tour in style yesterday (March 20). The hard rock legends asked members of both opening acts -- ZZ Top and Rose Tattoo -- to join them on stage during their main set. The concert took place at the Brisbane Entertainment Center in Brisbane.
ZZ Top superfans are directed to a new eBay item: Handmade hats similar to the one Billy Gibbons wears are on sale now. They're a little pricey at $375 but, hey, everybody loves a sharp-dressed man, right?
Known as a nudu, or Bamileke beanie, it's been a staple of Gibbons' wardrobe for several years now -- ever since he gave his Stetson 10-gallon to the leader of the Bamileke tribe in Cameroon dur
Texas-based blues rockers ZZ Top and the progressive metal group Queensryche are among the acts confirmed to appear at this year's Sturgis Rally concert at the Buffalo Chip Music Festival. Billed as the "largest music festival in motorcycling," the annual event features a mix of classic rock and country acts. This year's rally takes place Aug. 2-11 in South Dakota.

Most of us, of course, know the long-bearded Billy Gibbons for his work with ZZ Top, but before that, he was a member of the '60s psychedelic outfit the Moving Sidewalks. Now, the guitar great has revealed plans to reunite with that band for a one-off show in support of the career retrospective, 'Moving Sidewalks: The Complete Collection.'
ZZ Top guitarist Billy Gibbons has a line of hot sauces, and if you have listened to my rants about what I want in my Christmas stocking...then you know what to get me(or your hot sauce lover) for Christmas! So far, there are two blends available...either and/or both would be fine. Thanks
You know what they're not going to need backstage at Bonnaroo next year? Shaving cream, because the heavily-bearded Tom Petty (and the Heartbreakers) and ZZ Top are among the acts reportedly set to headline the annual musical festival this coming June.
They don't exactly occupy the same end of the musical spectrum, but rock legends ZZ Top and up-and-coming metal band the Sword are both from Texas -- and it turns out that's enough shared musical DNA to produce a pretty effective cover.
