There are quite a few dangerous intersections in Casper, but in my humble opinion, the mall entrance at Wyoming Boulevard and Carriage Lane is one of the worst.
We see our animals running free all over Wyoming and it's not all that surprising to see a horse or goat or sheep while you're driving down the road. Apparently it's a little less common in other places like Pennsylvania.
Casper has some of the strangest traffic light times and lack of left turn signals for a city of this size. Maybe that's why many of our residents risk breaking the law for alternate routes.
Now, this post is going to sound a little familiar coming from me. Especially if you read my rant about the Walmart parking lots and how people walk up and down the lanes.
