The 19th Annual API Chili Cook-Off, held at the Casper Events Center, was one for the ages. Over 45 different kinds of chili were offered, not to mention the fact that nascar tickets, guns, and even cash prizes were offered in the raffle portion of the afternoon. It was all very Wyomingish, in the best sense of the word.
