According to TMZ, troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is headed back to court Thursday after she tested positive last week for alcohol, a violation of her parole.

The report says that the 24-year-old ‘Mean Girls’ star failed one of two alcohol tests, one of which was administered right after her infamous rooftop party. Lohan did not test positive for drugs, however.
