Kiss are very close to finishing their next studio album, which they previously announced will be called ‘Monster.’ According to Paul Stanley, the band are “two days from finished with this album.”
A 1979 Kiss record case sold for $4,000 during an eBay auction that ended on Dec. 4. This black wood case is a coveted piece of memorabilia and features the cover art from each of the original band members’ 1978 solo albums.

Kiss bassist Gene Simmons has revealed that producer Bob Ezrin is currently remixing the band’s legendary 1976 album ‘Destroyer’ for re-issue in “Deluxe Edition” form sometime in 2012, complete with unreleased tracks and re-instating the original label-rejected cover art as displayed above.
Kiss may come from America, but to hear bassist Gene Simmons tell it, their musical “heart and soul lies in England.” In London to serve as host of the Classic Rock Roll of Honour awards show recently, Simmons testified about the influence of English rock stars on his own music.
