Family Sues Casper, Hogadon Ski Patrol Over Child’s Death
CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — Relatives of a Five-year-old girl killed in a collision at Hogadon Ski Area are suing the ski patrol and city of Casper.
The lawsuit filed Friday in state district court alleges the ski patrol and city failed to protect the girl from an intoxicated person on a snowboard

No Snow for Hogadon, 2012 Season Delayed
November 20, 2012 In years past, Thanksgiving weekend marked the opening of the ski season for many in Casper. The end of November used to be generous with the cold, white stuff. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Saturday was slated to be opening day of Hogadon Ski Area, but due to "recent unseasonable warming trends" the opening has been postponed. An opening date is not yet confirmed.

Hogadon Ski Area offers affordable packages to learn to ski or snowboard Saturday and Sunday, January 14 and 15.
