Casper audiences will hear the presentation and see the full-dome visuals just as if they were at the Chicago event, and will be able to participate in the Q & A session via text.
Come out to the Casper Planetarium for a night of fun September 6th, from 7pm - 9pm for the International Observe The Moon Night. You will be able to observe the Moon using telescopes, watch movies in the dome and explore moon characteristics with hands on activities. This will be fun for the entire family and best of all... IT'S FREE!!!
If you happen to pass the Casper Planetarium on on Saturday and hear music, stop on by and join the fun, but bring food for the Wyoming Food For Thought Project.
The Casper Planetarium's spring shows are a great way to spend quality educational time with the little ones. Heart of the Sun will take you on a journey inside our nearest star, in high definition. Get a better perspective on our place in space through a telescope in Two Small Pieces of Glass. If fossil hunting is more your forte, the Zula Patrol is there for you in Down to Earth.
The Casper Planetarium is happy to announce three new shows debuting for the Spring and Winter schedule from now until May 24th, 2014. Come join the fun for all ages as we explore the wonders outer space has to offer.
