It was another nail-biter for the Wyoming Cowboys, but this time the heroics came from the opponent. The Western Michigan Broncos left Laramie with a 75-67 overtime victory over UW in the CBI Quarterfinals Monday night at the Arena-Auditorium. Western Michigan's David Brown buried a right corner 3-pointer with 0.8 seconds left that tied the game at 59 and forced overtime. Then the Broncos out-scored the Pokes 16-8 in the extra session to advance on to the CBI semifinals.

Nathan Sobey buried a 3-pointer from the deep left corner off a pass from Josh Adams at the buzzer, and the Wyoming Cowboys topped the Lehigh Mountain Hawks 67-66 in the first round of the CBI Tuesday night at the Arena-Auditorium.
