Wyoming Cowgirl Chaundra Sewell Earns Rare Distinction

For the first time in her career, senior Chaundra Sewell has been selected to the 2013 WBCA Division I Coaches’ Honorable Mention All-America Team. She is one of four Cowgirls in school history to earn the honor and the first since 2008.

For the first time in her career, senior Chaundra Sewell was among four individuals selected to the WBCA All-Region VII Team announced Tuesday by the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association. This is the first time a Cowgirl has garnered this honor since Hanna Zavecz in 2008.

Four Wyoming Cowgirls and one Wyoming Cowboy received the distinction of being named to the 2013 Mountain West All-Conference teams that were released by the league office Monday evening.
