A man of undetermined age apparently jumped off a boat around 12:30 Sunday afternoon, and did not come back to the surface.

A seventeen-year-old man was swimming near Cottonwood Beach, when people on the beach noticed him struggling, and then going under.

I ducked out from work for a few hours and took the boat for a ride up Fremont Canyon at Alcova Lake, just west of Casper in Natrona County.

Natrona County Sheriff Gus Holbrook said Serita Estes, and Randy and Rodney "Shane" Kindel courageously went into Alcova Lake and rescuing the two victims.

The Wyoming Governor's Cup is a favorite for Wyoming and Colorado boaters and the competition is set to begin on Friday, June 15th, at 6pm at Alcova Lake.
