Wipe your slates clean from the 2016 Sundance Film Festival and get ready for the next big one of the year: the South By Southwest Film Festival. The fest previously announced Richard Linklater's latest Everybody Wants Some as the opening night film, plus the premieres of Judd Apatow's Pee-wee's Big Holiday, Jeff Nichols' Midnight Special and Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg’s AMC series Preacher, among a few other titles. But now we have the full 2016 lineup, which will include 137 features with 89 world premieres.

The highlights include comedian Mike Birbiglia’s Don't Think Twice starring Keegan-Michael Key, Ti West's In a Valley of Violence starring Ethan Hawke, Taissa Farmiga and John Travolta, Sophie Goodheart's My Blind Brother starring Adam Scott, Nick Kroll, Jenny Slate and Zoe Kazan, Ilya Naishuller’s Harcore Henry starring Sharlto Copley, and two films about corrupt cops, including The Trust starring Nicolas Cage and Elijah Wood, and War on Everyone starring Michael Peña, Alexander Skarsgård and Tessa Thompson. The festival will also include the U.S. premiere of Jean-Marc Vallee's Demolition starring Jake Gyllenhaal.

In the documentary categories the highlights include Jesse Moss’ The Bandit about Burt Reynolds, Todd Bieber’s Thank You Del: The Story of the Del Close Marathon, The Space in Between - Marina Abramovic and Brazil about the performance artist, and the previously announced Irene Taylor Brodsky’s doc Beware of the Slenderman. Two other TV series premieres to keep an eye out for on top of Preacher are Danny McBride’s dark comedy series Vice Principals, and Search Party starring Alia Shawkat.
