Study Finds Women Get The Short-End Of Salary Scale

Todays economy is tough on all of us (some more than others). We're all working more hours for less dollars just to make ends meet.

A recent report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics is suggesting that it's tougher to be a woman in the workplace. The median earnings for working mothers with kids under 18 is $680 a week, and rises to $697 for mothers who have no young kids at home.

Working dads with young kids earned $946 weekly and it drops to $799 a week with kids over 18.
