Sponsor a Booth At 2013 Trick Or Treat Trail & Help Kids In The Community
Halloween is right around the corner, and that means the 2013 Trick or Treat Trail is coming up quick. The Trick or Treat Trail takes place Saturday, October 26th. The event gives children and families a free, safe and fun place to trick or treat. Sponsor a booth to help out kids in our community.
The Trick or Treat Trail gets underway October 26th at The Science Zone in downtown Casper. Over 5,000 people are expected to walk through this year’s trail. Sponsor a booth to get your business’s name in front of Casper’s youth and their parents.
25 booths are available and there are different levels of sponsorship.
Solo Sponsor of The Haunted House or Warming Tent – $1000
Your Company’s name and logo will go on the haunted house and all marketing for the event.
Gold Sponsor – $1000 Candy Sponsor
You get a sign with your logo as a major candy sponsor placed at the start of the trail, an optional booth, and you will be listed as a major candy sponsor in all advertising.
Silver Sponsor – $500 to $900 Candy Donation
You get your logo on a candy sponsor sign at the start of the trail, and an optional booth.
Booth Sponsor – $300
You get an 8’ booth along the Treat Trail to decorate and hand out candy and a sign with your logo to hang at your booth. Candy will be provided for you to hand out. You can also hand out your own wrapped candy or promotional products to help your booth stand out. You are required to decorate and staff your own booth, costumes are encouraged.
Non-Profit Booth Space – $150
Candy will be provided for your booth.
Sponsors will need to staff their own booth.
Sponsors responsible for decorating their own booth.
Decorating will be done on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th.
Booths must be decorated by 1pm on the 26th.
Prizes will be given out for best decorated booths and best sponsor costumes!
