School will soon be out and summer is on the way. Start the season right by signing up for Summer Reading Programs at your library. Studies show that kids who read during the summer have less catching up to do when school begins again. “Fizz, Boom, Read!” is a reading incentive program to keep kids excited about reading and providing free family-friendly events throughout the summer. Sign-ups begin Wednesday, May 28th for kids, teens and adults, at all Natrona County Public Library Branches: Casper, Mills, Edgerton and the Bookmobile. Summer Reading programs at your library are sponsored by McDonalds and the Natrona County Recreation Joint Powers Board. Call (307) 577-READ (7323) or visit www.natronacountylibrary.org/summer-reading for more information.
