Marshawn Lynch ran for 122 yards and a touchdown, and the Seattle Seahawks rolled over the San Francisco 49ers, 20-3, in Santa Clara on Thursday night. The Seahawks held the Niners to just 142 total yards en route to the victory.

Seattle (3-4) led 17-0 at halftime and dominated the entire contest. The Seahawks used Lynch’s punishing runs to control the pace of the game, ultimately winning the time of possession battle 38:05 to 21:55.

Seattle’s Russell Wilson passed for 235 yards and a touchdown, but he also threw two interceptions on drives that should have led to more points for the Seahawks.

Niners quarterback Colin Kaepernick threw for just 124 yards. He was sacked six times by the Seattle defense.

Only Phil Dawson’s 35-yard field goal in the third quarter kept punchless San Francisco (2-5) from being shut out.
