Tulowitzki says his leg feels good, but that he won’t consider himself 100 percent until he’s not thinking about it while playing or going through drills. He played only 47 games last season, none after May. His goal this season is to re-establish himself as one of the best shortstops in the game and help the Rockies get back to winning games.
They had a franchise-worst 98 losses last season. (AP)
