Rockers Keep the Romance Alive

Today, Jon Bon Jovi and his high school sweetheart Dorothea celebrate their 26th wedding anniversary. That's quite an accomplishment for any couple, let alone a rock star marriage. However, Jon and Dorothea aren't the only rock 'n roll couple who give love a good name.

Last month, Alice Cooper and his wife Sherry celebrated their 39th anniversary. Legendary AC/DC guitarist Angus Young and his wife Ellen tied the knot in 1980 and are still together. Somehow, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have managed to stay married for nearly 33 years. Keith Richards and Patti Hansen have been hitched since 1983. And, evidently, the couple that hunts together, stays together, because Ted and Shemaine Nugent are still going strong after 26 years.

Of course, for every rock star marriage that worked, there were many more than didn't. Just asked Gregg Allman, who's been divorced six times. Last year, Journey guitarist Neal Schon made his fifth trip down the aisle. Pink Floyd legend Roger Waters recently become a member of the four marriage club. And, even though he's currently single, Tommy Lee is no stranger to divorce court (or any court, for that matter). The Motley Crue drummer has been divorced three times, including his first marriage to model Elaine Bergen, which ended less than a month after they tied the knot.
