Realistic High School Party Movie Trailer Gets It Right

I was born in the 80's, grew up in the 90's, so I have seen my fair share of high school party movies.  Almost all are the same.  Teens with raging hormones coming together for a massive party where anything can happen.  Love is lost and found, identities are discovered, and all works out in the end.  Now there is finally a video that captures the true nature of most high school parties.

I remember watching teen party movies when I was a youngster and thinking that I could not wait to get to high school to live the experiences I'd seen on the silver screen.  Well the real life version's screen was not silver, or even shiny for that matter.  I've been to some great parties, but most were mediocre at best.  It's not that I was unpopular, or maybe I was(I don't know), but the kind of parties in movies were no where to be found in my adolescence.  I'm not that naive to believe everything I see in movies, but for some reason this didn't seem out of reach.  Boy was I wrong.  This video closely captures what happens at many, if not most, high school parties.  It's just so funny because it's true.
