Real Life Embarrassment Like Movie [VIDEO]

A city councilman from Georgetown, Texas took a bathroom break . . . and forgot to take his microphone off.  Yes, just like Leslie Nielsen in "The Naked Gun."  And while the guy was peeing in the bathroom, the council was deliberating about infectious diseases . . . and the mayor, Rachael Jonrowe, couldn't stop laughing.  She tried to hold it together and keep going, but then he flushed and she lost it.

It doesn't sound like the guy washed his hands either.
