Quiet Weather to Round Out October and to Start November

With high pressure in control of the weather statewide, it will be dry and settled on the weather front for the last couple of days of October.  It will be breezy at times in the south along some stretches of I-80, with quiet conditions elsewhere.  Expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with highs in the 40s in the northwest and in the upper 50s to mid 60s elsewhere.

On Thursday, November 1 much of the state will continue to see dry conditions and mild temperatures.  A little moisture will start to move into the northwest corner, where they could start to see a few light showers and mixed showers later in the day.
