If Phil Rudd is going to make AC/DC's gig at the 57th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 8, he's going to have a very tight window to do it. The troubled AC/DC drummer has a court appearance scheduled on Feb. 10 back in Tauranga, New Zealand.

It's far more likely that AC/DC will be moving forward without Rudd, who has been charged with threatening to kill two people as well as drug possession. The band recently released 'Rock or Bust,' on which Rudd played, but shot both a new band photo and promotional videos without him as the legal process unfolds. (Rudd was also originally charged with attempting to procure a murder, but that was quickly withdrawn.)

Next up for AC/DC are a slew of concert appearances. Besides their date at the Grammys, they've also confirmed the first U.S. show since their new album arrived in December: They'll perform at Coachella, with additional dates slated into the summer.

Guitarist Angus Young admitted that AC/DC has had a worsening relationship with Rudd, even before his shocking arrest. But the drummer -- who was out of AC/DC before, from 1983-94 -- has been adamant about returning, saying, "I don’t care who likes it and who doesn’t."
