Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Activities In Casper
On this date, “a date which will live in infamy”, the Casper community pauses to remember the bombing of Pearl Harbor 71 years ago today. The United Veterans Council Of Natrona County will be hosting a dinner from 6 to 7pm at the VFW POST 4939 at 1800 Bryan Stock Trail.
There is a program that will start at 7pm, with Steve Bealey as Master of Ceremonies. The invocations will be given by Rev. Gordon Roe. The National colors will be posted by the Casper NCHS Jr. ROTC Unit. The National anthem will be rendered by Ms. Mersadis Barelle. President Barnes will lead the Pledge of Allegiance. John Goss, the director of the Wyoming Veterans’ Memorial Museum, will be the guest speaker. benediction by Rev. Roe and taps by Bob D. Meloy.
