Significant weather advisory for northeastern Natrona and southeastern Johnson Counties until 330 pm mdt...

At 251 pm mdt...doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Hole in the Wall to 7 miles north of Powder River...and moving east at 20 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with these storms.

Strong thunderstorms will be near... Midwest and Goldeneye Reservoir around 330 pm mdt.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Willow Creek School...Salt Creek Country Club...Natrona and Midwest School.

This includes Interstate 25 between mile markers 204 and 244.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.

Lightning can strike 15 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe

shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify...so be certain to monitor local radio and

TV stations.
