Earlier today (March 11th, 2015), South Florida Democrat, Senator Jeff Clemens, filed a bill (SB 548) that would prohibit people from smoking in vehicles where children under the age of 13 are present. The bill would lead to smokers being cited for non-moving violations if they don't comply.

Should the bill pass, Florida would join the seven other states (and also Puerto Rico) that currently have some type of smoking free car ban concerning children. Click here to see the current list and the laws in effect.

Although a lot of the country, Wyoming and even Casper included, don't like the government regulating laws (like smoking), most agree, second hand smoke is bad, especially to children. What do you think?
