Moose Visits Cheyenne, Gets Drugged, Falls Asleep

Preferring to visit Cheyenne during the quieter Autumn time of year, this bull moose was found near The Wyoming Supreme Court Building just after sunrise Wednesday morning. It’s unclear if he had a case under review by the court. Game and Fish personnel tranquilized the animal before he could explain his visit to the capitol.

The 1,000lb animal required a dozen people to load the moose into a horse trailer and then was shuttled off to The Medicine Bow National Forest just west of Laramie. The moose was heard to say he was going to take in Saturday’s Cowboy game against 9^th ranked Michigan State, but was so drugged up, it’s not known if he heard one wrangler tell him the game was actually going to be played at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing,Michigan. Although, with a rack like his, he should have no problem picking up the broadcast on his antlers.
