To show how realistic their high-def TV's are, LG Electronics set up a bunch of job interviews in Chile, and covered an entire window of the interviewer's office with an 84-inch television.

They made sure each person they interviewed was facing it, and ran footage of the city's skyline.  Then a few minutes in, it showed an asteroid destroying the city.

They also cut the lights, and made it seem like the building was about to be hit, so people freaked out . . . and one guy looked pretty angry when he found out it was a prank.  But the whole thing looks pretty staged.
