I Love Bees, But Not This Much [VIDEO]

Last week in Montana, the highway patrol got a call about a guy swerving all over the road, so they figured he was drunk and headed out to stop him.  But when they pulled the driver over, it turns out his car was filled with thousands of…. BEES.

He was transporting five hives of honey bees, and was just letting them fly free inside his car.  He got a ticket for careless driving.  Gawker says

“Turns out the state legislature, for some strange reason, never thought to write laws governing the voluntary transportation of thousands of bees in the backseat of a sedan.”

Thousands of bees in a small enclosure with no protection? Was it Nicolas Cage?
