How ’bout Them Cowboys!!

For the 28th time in a row, The Cornhuskers won their home opener last night. But the real story here is that our cowboys were 28 point underdogs going in and the fact that they were so close in the end is amazing.

It was 37 to 34 and the Pokes gave the almost sold out crowd of 91,185 fans reasons to pucker so hard they would almost eat the seat in their newly expanded stadium. With 1:32 left in the game, a Cowboys' Hail Mary failed to connect, but that they did so well against a #18 ranked Nebraska team is just amazing.

Bring on Idaho!
