Temperatures today will rise to well-above normal ranges across the Cowboy State.  Expect many locations to reach into the 80′s and low 90′s at times.  There will be partly sunny skies, but enough moisture and instability for late-day showers and thunderstorms.   Isolated and perhaps a few stronger thunderstorms will be most likely across western and northern parts of the state.  Watch for heavy downpours, strong gusty winds and some hail between the late afternoon and evening hours.   Temperatures will still be very warm tomorrow.  More thunderstorms are expected tomorrow as the next cold front approaches.
