The Wyoming Coalition for the Homeless and Community Action of Laramie County held their annual 'Homeless Memorial Day" Friday on the steps of the Capitol building in Cheyenne. Rachael Bennett,  board chair for the Coalition for the Homeless, says this year's event was special because it commemorates Virginia Sellner, who founded the event in 1990. She adds the event also commemorates the homeless people who have died in the area. Governor Matt Mead told the gathering the event provides the opportunity to think about what can be done to reduce homelessness, both individually and as a community,
