Highway Patrol Out In Force

Serious injury and fatality crashes have been too high in Wyoming and the rest of I-80, and the Highway Patrol will step up their presence in an obvious show of force, to get drivers attention to focus on driving by the rules.

This is not just a Wyoming mandate, but the focus will be a multi-state effort focused on I-80 from California to new Jersey and all 11 states I-80 crosses.

Law enforcement will be looking for speeding, impaired driving and driver distraction, so put the smartphones down. You also need to buckle up, especially if you drive big trucks and buses.
