UNDATED (AP) — Even without LeBron James and Dwyane (dwayn) Wade the Heat got the best of San Antonio.

Chris Bosh drained a 3-pointer with 1.9 seconds left to lift Miami over the Spurs 88-86 to complete a regular season sweep. By earning the head-to-head tiebreaker with San Antonio, the Heat essentially have a four-game cushion with nine remaining for the league’s best record and home-court advantage throughout the NBA playoffs.

Bosh wound up with 23 points while James and Wade sat out with injuries.

Ray Allen had 14 points, Norris Cole added 13 and Mike Miller 12 for Miami.

Tim Duncan had 17 points and 12 rebounds and Kawhi (kah-WY’) Leonard added 17 points and 11 rebounds for the Spurs, who saw a seven-game home winning streak snapped.

In other NBA play;

— Carmelo Anthony had 24 points and 10 rebounds to help the Knicks extend their winning streak to eight games with a 108-89 victory over Boston. The Knicks beat the Celtics for the second time this week and won the season series for the first time since 2003-04. New York climbed back into a tie with Indiana in the race for the No. 2 seed in the Eastern Conference, which would currently mean a playoff meeting with the Celtics.

— Luol Deng (LOO’-ul dehng) scored 28 points, Jimmy Butler and Nate Robinson each added 16, and the Chicago Bulls beat Detroit 95-94 to extend their winning streak against the Pistons to 18 straight.

— Bradley Beal scored 24 points in his return to the lineup, leading Washington to a 109-92 victory over Toronto. Beal missed the five previous games with a sprained ankle.

— Greivis Vasquez scored 25 points and Ryan Anderson added 23 to lead New Orleans to a 112-92 victory over Cleveland.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Cavaliers All-Star point guard Kyrie (KY’-ree) Irving has been cleared to play after missing eight games with a strained left shoulder. The 21-year-old had been sidelined since March 15, when he hurt his left shoulder in a collision against a member of the Raptors.
