Heart fans in attendance at the band's June 18 Tampa gig were given a surprise treat -- along with band member Ann Wilson, who received a birthday serenade from her sister Nancy.

Telling the crowd that the following day would be Ann's birthday, Nancy proceeded to pause during the regular set list for a special acoustic performance of Elton John's 'I Need You to Turn To,' originally released on John's 1970 self-titled album. It was a one-of-a-kind moment, but even if you weren't there, you can experience it, thanks to the fan-shot footage embedded above.

Heart's currently on tour behind their latest album, 2012's 'Fanatic,' which cracked the Billboard Top 25 and put them back on the charts in the months leading up to their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this last April.
